salam sir,my name is bilal and i live in karachi.iam 19 years old....i secured 18th position in interboard(FSc) karachi and in NED UNIVERSITY OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY,my merit number is 28...but sir mere sath ziadti hue hai because in NED the top merit faculties are electrical engineering and mechanical engineering but i did not get any one of them although i cleared the NED entrance test..on 1st november 2012.hmara medical fitness test tha in NED in which it was diagnosed that i am color blind and according to this university s policies if a person is color blind,he is not egligible for mechanical and electrical engineering both..sir,its a huge discrimination for us because NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SINGAPORE(rank 4th in engineering universities of the world)has no restrictions for color blind people..NED mai a color blind can have chemical engineering and CIVIL ENGINEERING but in NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF SINGAPORE if a person is color blind he is unegligible for chemical and civil engineering but they clearly stated in their prospectus that we do not give disadvantage to these students and we allow them to have the department of their own choice....sir then why a university like NED has restricted these high merit faculties for people like us???sir i worked hard to get my desired aim..This is the reason my merit number is 28 out of 1500 people.. please help me,mere sath zulm hua hai.im depress,itna top merit hony ky bwajud bhe i did not get my desired aim,then mujhey position leny ka kia faida hua???,iam still a rolling stone after studyng and working hard so much..please help me so that mere sath justice ho..if things like this continues to happen then who will prefer to work hard???who will think to study???sir u dont know how much i studied to get this but sir,this a huge discrimination done to me...please sir help me
