 Sajjad Ali was born on 24 August 1966 in Karachi, Pakistan. Unquestionably, he is a renowned Pakistani semi-classical, pop singer, film actor, director as well as producer. He is educated in classical singing. He completed his F.A from National Art's College, owing to which, his father, Hussain began teaching music to him with his classical collections. Sajjad made his television first appearance in a program, Aap Janab by Athar Shah Khan and then came in many musical shows and also in films. He also produced Babia 93, Chief Saab and Sohni Lag Di. Sajjad Ali also directed his first telefilm, Love Letter in 1989, and then his first full length motion picture, Aik Aur Love Story in 1998. He also performed as an actor and a singer in a film, Munda Tera Deewana. He also sings for TV dramas and recently sang for blockbuster movie "Bol". Sajjad Ali married his first cousin in 1989 and has four children from his wife Noreen, two sons and two daughters. These days, he is settled in Ajman, United Arab Emirates with his family. His two brothers have also made a name in the Pakistan music industry named Waqar Ali and Lucky Ali. Sajjad Ali’s name is considered to be one of the great legends in the history of Pakistan Music Industry.
